Nicole Hecker is an American racing driver from Ormond Beach, Florida. Her passion for racing ignited at a young age, inspired by her father and grandfather, both of whom had successful careers in oval track racing. Nicole’s father, Randy Hecker, played a significant role in nurturing her love for motorsports. Randy remains deeply involved as Nicole’s crew chief, mechanic, and biggest supporter.
Nicole started her racing journey in karts around 2008, making a name for herself with her consistency and steady improvement on the track. In 2014, she transitioned to road racing with the SCCA, quickly proving her talent. Her favorite track is Daytona, where the super-speedway’s long straights perfectly complement her RX7’s capabilities.
One of Nicole’s defining characteristics is her ability to maintain consistent lap times, no matter the race duration. She often finds herself getting faster the longer she is on track, a testament to her focus and endurance. Nicole’s dedication and skill have led to numerous achievements, including winning four different points championships in 2017 and being featured in Sports Car Magazine’s “My SCCA Life” section in 2016.
Aside from racing, Nicole is a multi-talented individual. She holds three undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, and Finance, with minors in Economics and Advertising, and an MBA with concentrations in Management and Accounting/Finance. Her academic accomplishments are as impressive as her racing record, showing a balance between her passion for motorsports and commitment to education.
Nicole enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of racing, including spending time with friends and family, traveling, staying active, and engaging in creative activities like vinyl cutting. She also manages all of her social media content, dedicating a significant amount of time to maintaining her online presence and engaging with her followers.
